Power and control cables in wind turbines are subjected to very high loads. To ensure the longest possible trouble-free service life of the systems, the cables must be installed in the towers with strain relief and secured against slipping. This cable mounting grip is particularly suitable for this application in wind turbines. As most “windmills” are installed near the coast, we use stainless steel Bowden cable strands – DIN 1.4401 for the meshes of the MW model series. For inland wind turbines, we can also supply this model series in a galvanised version.
